Balenciaga seeks a Global VIC Client Engagement Intern in Paris to support VIC event coordination and pre-order management across multiple regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of fashion shows, aftershows, and resee events, including client journey planning, nomination tracking, schedule management, and KPI analysis
- Oversee collection previews by coordinating timelines with regional teams, managing logistics, and collecting performance data
- Propose and manage out-of-store event concepts and venues, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure seamless event follow-up
- Manage the full VIC pre-order process from campaign organization through final delivery, serving as primary contact for regional teams during order periods
- Provide weekly status updates to regions on pre-order deliveries and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Collect, track, and analyze VIC special order requests from regions, review and approve submissions, and collaborate with production teams on feasibility assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent level of study
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is an advantage
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Methodical, rigorous, and organized approach to project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-centric mindset with demonstrated interest in luxury fashion and product
