Global Product Training Manager at Balenciaga Paris – Lead luxury retail training strategy, manage teams, and drive product expertise across all regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute global product training strategy aligned with the Maison's vision and commercial priorities
- Develop seasonal training roadmaps focused on key collection investments and strategic business opportunities
- Ensure consistency of product messaging, learning methodologies, and training standards across all regions
- Lead, coach, and develop the product training team whilst fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Act as primary training partner for retail merchandising teams and translate commercial priorities into actionable training plans
- Establish effective information flow between collection merchandising and training teams to integrate collection narratives into training content
- Oversee worldwide deployment of product training programs and drive adoption across all regions and markets
- Measure and analyze training performance and effectiveness against retail performance and key business indicators
- Identify opportunities for improvement and continuously enhance training programs, tools, and methodologies
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and performance drivers
- Experienced in the luxury fashion industry with knowledge of luxury codes and standards
- Previous team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and learning content creation tools
- Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strategic and detail-oriented with strong product mindset and solid execution capabilities
- Creative, agile, and solution-driven in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated passion for luxury, fashion, product, and client experience
