Balenciaga — Paris: Global Product Training Intern (6‑month internship) to develop and deploy product training content and learning platform support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Product Training team in developing and deploying product training tools and resources for retail teams worldwide.
- Draft, structure and edit product training content; adapt materials for different formats and channels (presentations, newsletters, micro‑learning, videos).
- Create, upload and optimise content on learning platforms: manage quizzes, verify module functionality and ensure cross‑platform accessibility and coherence.
- Coordinate with regional teams to collect translated files, operational feedback and local training needs; integrate translations into learning resources.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital training tools and propose new formats to increase engagement and learning efficiency.
- Organise logistical aspects of internal and international training sessions: invitations, room setup, equipment and coordination of product deliveries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in fashion, communications, instructional design, digital media or a related discipline.
- Strong product sensibility and genuine interest in the fashion universe.
- Bilingual English (oral and written); proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); demonstrable video editing skills and an eye for aesthetic presentation are valued.
- Curious, proactive, digitally fluent and able to propose innovative formats and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across international, cross‑functional teams.

Experience
This is a six‑month internship; prior internships or coursework in digital learning, content production, communications or retail training are desirable but not mandatory. Practical experience producing multimedia learning materials or running small training projects is an asset.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in fashion, communications, instructional design, digital media or a related field.
