Balenciaga in Paris seeks a Global Product Training Intern for a 6‑month internship to develop digital training content for retail teams worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing, structuring and editing product training content for international distribution, ensuring clear storytelling and consistent tone of voice.
  • Create, adapt and optimise training materials for multiple formats (newsletters, videos, micro‑learning, reports) with a digital-first approach.
  • Integrate and upload content, translations and assessments into learning platforms and the training application; verify module functionality and quiz deployment.
  • Coordinate directly with regional teams to collect translated assets, operational feedback and training needs.
  • Maintain coherence and accessibility of resources across all training platforms; contribute to continuous improvement of tools and user experience.
  • Support logistics for internal and international training sessions, including invitations, room setup, materials and product deliveries.
  • Propose new formats and tools to enhance engagement and retention of retail teams.
  • Perform basic quality assurance on content releases and track content performance/reporting as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion, Communications, Digital Media, Learning & Development, Instructional Design or a related discipline.
  • Strong sensitivity to product and to the fashion/luxury domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written English (required); proficiency in a third language is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive and digitally oriented with a creative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease working within multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic video editing skills and a sense of aesthetic are appreciated.
