Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of client data and CRM projects in alignment with brand priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and adoption of initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ and stakeholders, managing timelines and preparing project presentations and documentation.
  • Support recurring and ad-hoc analyses, including monthly reports and campaign performance evaluations.
  • Monitor marketing activations and evaluate client impact using internal dashboards and BI tools.
  • Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with onboarding users to client data and CRM tools through training materials and workshops.
  • Provide first-level user support and collect feedback to improve tools and processes.
  • Contribute to driving consistent adoption of tools across regions.

Qualifications

  • Master’s student or experience in Marketing, Business, Management, or Business Analytics.
  • Interest in CRM strategies.

Skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business strategy. Highly organized and adaptable, with solid project management and coordination skills. Understanding of the luxury sector and client-centric approaches. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in an international environment. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Fluent in English; French is a plus. Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.

Experience

Experience in Marketing, Business, Management, or Business Analytics with a focus on CRM strategies.

Education

Master’s student or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
