Balenciaga Global Client Data Analyst Intern (January 2027) – Paris. CRM analytics, project coordination, and client insights role for Master's students in Business Analytics or Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of client data and CRM projects in alignment with brand priorities
- Coordinate with Clienteling and Client Engagement teams to activate clienteling initiatives, track performance, and ensure effective client engagement
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders (VIC, direct marketing, media, ecommerce, merchandising, marketing) and regional teams to ensure timely project delivery and adoption
- Act as liaison between HQ and stakeholders, managing timelines, tracking progress, and preparing project presentations and documentation
- Analyse client trends with purchasing behavior and produce recurring and ad-hoc reports (monthly reports, campaign and collection launch performance)
- Monitor marketing activations and evaluate client impact using internal dashboards and BI tools
- Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding users to client data and CRM tools through training materials, guides, and workshops
- Provide first-level user support and collect feedback to improve tools and processes
- Contribute to driving consistent adoption of tools and initiatives across regions
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data insights to business strategy
- Highly organized and adaptable with solid project management and coordination skills
- Understanding of the luxury sector and client-centric approaches
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in international environments
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Fluent English; French proficiency preferred
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset with interest in fashion and client experience
