Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the gifting and in‑store activation programme under the gifting & activation creative project manager.
  • Manage supplier documentation flow: collect, sort and archive tech files, samples, production planning and commercial offers.
  • Review and analyse supplier proposals; prepare comparative analyses and recommendations.
  • Inspect development samples, coordinate feedback loops and maintain sample archives.
  • Ensure presentations, guidelines and rollout materials for worldwide gifting are current and executive‑ready.
  • Coordinate logistics and operational support for key meetings, including sample shipments and meeting collateral.
  • Collaborate with the Clienteling team to keep shared resources aligned and up to date.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and agency trend analysis to inform gifting and retail activation concepts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, product development or related discipline.
  • Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and time‑management to meet tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive team player with an appetite for creative trends and innovation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
  • Previous internships or experience in gifting, product development or retail activation will be considered a plus.
