Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with Group reporting standards and deadlines.
- Perform variance analysis to explain deviations between actual results and budget/forecast.
- Collaborate with Shared Service Accounting to ensure correct recording and management of statutory and reporting accounts.
- Control and analyse operating costs in coordination with Shared Service teams (HR, Travel, Facilities, etc.).
- Prepare budgets and forecasts jointly with Operations teams and the Headquarter finance function.
- Evaluate and monitor CAPEX and project-related financials.
- Drive process improvements and support enhancement of Business Intelligence platforms in collaboration with Operational and MIS teams.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Operations teams and the Paris headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience as a financial controller, management accountant or in a similar role within industry or a structured consulting firm.
- Proven accounting and tax-related knowledge.
- Excellent command of English.
- Practical experience with SAP; HFM considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Results-oriented, flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment; collaborative team player.

1–2 years of relevant experience as a Financial Controller, Management Accountant or equivalent, gained in an industrial environment or a structured consulting firm.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a closely related field.
