Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, in accordance with Group reporting standards and procedures.
  • Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast.
  • Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Accounting team to ensure accurate statutory and reporting account management.
  • Execute cost control and analysis, leveraging support from Shared Service teams such as Human Resources, Travel, and General Services.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Operations teams and Headquarters.
  • Analyze and monitor capital expenditures (capex) and projects.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) platforms in collaboration with Operational and MIS teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the industrial sector or a structured consultancy firm.
  • Proven accounting or tax expertise.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of SAP and HFM is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
