Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports for management review and group consolidation.
  • Prepare, analyze, and share monthly reporting packages for stakeholder review.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals and implement process improvements to strengthen controls.
  • Manage stock efficiently, ensuring accuracy of stock integrity and management of warehouse costs.
  • Communicate timely spending reports to Department Heads for monitoring and tracking expenditures against budget and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Center for compliance with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government agencies, ensuring timely submission of statutory reporting requirements.
  • Oversee Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) reporting and filing.
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for ANZ entities and the reporting package to APAC.
  • Manage and control costs effectively.
  • Support the ANZ business plans and project rollouts in collaboration with the SEAO Retail team.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Accountancy or related disciplines.
  • Qualified accountant.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years of solid management experience overseeing finance and business in Australia and New Zealand.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mind and good business sense. Experience in audit or internal control preferred but not required.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of working experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years of solid management experience overseeing finance and business in Australia and New Zealand.

Education

University graduate in Accountancy or related disciplines.
