Role & Responsibilities
- Own financial planning and forecasting for Korea: develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long‑term strategic plans to inform business decisions.
- Produce timely management reporting and financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) including inventory and costing reports for local management and group consolidation.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis (actual vs. budget), identify trends and produce actionable recommendations to optimise profitability.
- Oversee and monitor shared services (Kering SSC) delivery for accounting, credit & collections, treasury, inventory control and billing; review month‑end close activities and GL/PL/BS/cash flow outputs.
- Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies across finance operations, simplifying workflows and strengthening internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and advisors on finance matters, ensuring adherence to approved accounting standards and corporate policies.
- Assess financial risks and support risk‑mitigation initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within luxury retail; at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity overseeing finance operations.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, rolling forecasting and financial modelling.
- Strong knowledge of month‑end close processes, consolidation and management reporting.
- Experience with audit processes or internal control frameworks preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills; ability to liaise with regional/group teams and external advisors.

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management role. Prior exposure to luxury retail finance and shared‑services operating models (SSC) is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
