Balenciaga Events Intern position in Paris, France. Support fashion shows and event coordination for 6 months starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities and team operations within the Events department
- Manage administrative aspects of fashion shows and events
- Oversee invoices and budget follow-up documentation
- Coordinate contracts and legal document preparation
- Prepare presentation decks and materials for events
- Liaise with modeling agencies and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's student at university or business school
- Previous experience in event coordination
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
