Balenciaga Events Intern position in Paris, France. Support fashion shows and event coordination for 6 months starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day activities and team operations within the Events department
  • Manage administrative aspects of fashion shows and events
  • Oversee invoices and budget follow-up documentation
  • Coordinate contracts and legal document preparation
  • Prepare presentation decks and materials for events
  • Liaise with modeling agencies and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Master's student at university or business school
  • Previous experience in event coordination
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
