Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day updates of the online product catalog in line with the product delivery plan, marketing calendar and publication workflows.
  • Maintain and enrich the PIM database, ensuring product content, pricing, descriptions and imagery are accurate and publication‑ready.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (merchandising, marketing, technical teams, and external vendors) to ensure timely product publication.
  • Conduct daily website checks to detect issues and liaise with e‑merchandising and technical teams during rollouts and feature launches.
  • Support the update and placement of visual assets (homepage, banners, editorial pages) according to e‑commerce planning.
  • Assist with creation, setup and monitoring of A/B tests to optimise user experience and commercial performance.
  • Validate incoming image asset deliveries for quality and consistency prior to publication.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and deliver insights to improve the website experience and commercial KPIs.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly product publication reports to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in e‑commerce, digital marketing, business or a related field.
  • Available to undertake a paid 6‑month internship based in Paris.
  • Organized, rigorous, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Strong communicator, proactive collaborator and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Keen interest in e‑commerce and the luxury fashion sector.

Experience

Internship level: candidates should be enrolled in or recently completed relevant studies with some prior exposure to e‑commerce, digital merchandising or retail operations preferred; prior internships in digital or merchandising roles are an advantage.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in E‑commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Fashion Management or a related discipline.
