Balenciaga — EMEA HR Intern in Paris. Internship starting Sept 2026 supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR projects across the EMEA region.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes for interns, apprentices and fixed-term contracts across the EMEA region, including drafting and posting job adverts on job boards.
- Liaise with managers across departments to clarify hiring needs and validate candidate profiles.
- Manage candidate flow: screen CVs, maintain talent pools, respond to applicants and develop sourcing channels.
- Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
- Support onboarding activities and supervise integration of new joiners.
- Represent the Maison at campus events and recruitment forums.
- Maintain and update organisational charts and HR records.
- Contribute to HR development projects such as inclusion & diversity initiatives and employer branding.
- Provide ad hoc support on internal communications and seasonal projects (e.g., employee gifting).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or business school, preferably with a specialisation in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset and strong listening ability.
- Rigorous, autonomous and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the luxury sector.
- Comfortable working in English on a daily basis in an international context.

Experience
Enrolled student status required; prior internship or coursework in HR, recruitment or campus relations is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
University degree or business school enrolment, ideally specialised in Human Resources.
