Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes for interns, apprentices and fixed-term contracts across the EMEA region, including drafting and posting job adverts on job boards.
  • Liaise with managers across departments to clarify hiring needs and validate candidate profiles.
  • Manage candidate flow: screen CVs, maintain talent pools, respond to applicants and develop sourcing channels.
  • Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding activities and supervise integration of new joiners.
  • Represent the Maison at campus events and recruitment forums.
  • Maintain and update organisational charts and HR records.
  • Contribute to HR development projects such as inclusion & diversity initiatives and employer branding.
  • Provide ad hoc support on internal communications and seasonal projects (e.g., employee gifting).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or business school, preferably with a specialisation in Human Resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset and strong listening ability.
  • Rigorous, autonomous and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and the luxury sector.
  • Comfortable working in English on a daily basis in an international context.

Experience
