Balenciaga — EMEA Events & Client Relations Intern in Paris. Six‑month internship from June 2026 supporting VIC strategy, boutique events and client engagement.
Overview
Balenciaga is a Paris-based luxury fashion house renowned for avant‑garde couture, progressive ready‑to‑wear and influential design. Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment of the VIC (Very Important Client) strategy across EMEA boutiques in close collaboration with Retail Managers and Store Managers.
- Coordinate and help implement regional boutique events and omnichannel client engagement activities (product launches, store openings, VIP activations).
- Contribute to the design and rollout of new event formats and client engagement programs tailored to boutique needs.
- Collect, manage and analyse customer data to build client knowledge, produce actionable insights and inform boutique action plans.
- Assist with project planning and execution: organise timelines, resources and follow up to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master’s programme (M1/M2) at a business school or university; eligible for a six‑month internship starting June 2026.
- Previous internship experience in the luxury or fashion sector is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with databases and quantitative customer analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to contribute to project management tasks.
- Bilingual French and English; additional languages are an asset.

Experience
Prior internship experience in the luxury fashion or retail sector is preferred; candidates should have demonstrated exposure to client engagement, events or CRM-related activities.
Education
Master’s level studies (M1/M2) in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
