Balenciaga Paris: 6-month paid E-Merchandiser Project Intern (Jan 2027) managing product catalog, digital assets, and e-commerce operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day updates of the online product catalog according to the product delivery plan, marketing calendar, and publication flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product publication
- Maintain the PIM database, ensuring all content, information, and imagery are accurate and available on schedule
- Prepare and distribute weekly product publication reports to relevant stakeholders
- Support the update of visual assets (homepage banners, editorial pages) in line with e-commerce planning
- Conduct daily website audits to identify and report issues to e-merchandising and technical teams
- Assist in the creation and setup of A/B tests to optimise e-commerce performance
- Review and validate image asset deliveries to ensure quality and consistency prior to publication
- Perform competitive benchmarks and provide insights to optimise user experience and commercial performance
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Genuine passion for e-commerce and the luxury industry
- Knowledge of PIM systems and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) preferred
