Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate translation workflows with external translation agencies and regional e‑commerce teams to ensure timely delivery of localized product descriptions.
- Upload and reconcile product description files (Excel) within the PIM to populate Balenciaga.com product pages.
- Proofread and edit product descriptions for accuracy, tone, and global alignment across the website.
- Monitor online content performance and contribute to continuous improvement of texts and taxonomy for consistent customer experience.
- Contribute to the creation of translation and automation guidelines to build and maintain a robust translation memory.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master’s program and seeking a six‑month internship placement.
- Academic background in fashion business, styling, literature, English or a closely related discipline.
- Excellent written English and demonstrable editorial/copy skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and handling structured content files.
- Affinity for product and luxury goods; prior experience in luxury, product, or editorial environments is advantageous.
- Organized, rigorous, curious, flexible and proactive in a collaborative team setting.
