The E-Commerce Content and Copywriting Intern supports Balenciaga’s E-Commerce Content Department at its Paris headquarters, coordinating translation and uploading of product-page copy and working with regional teams on proofreading. The six-month internship includes daily content operations, online analysis, and the development of translation and automation guidelines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the team’s daily activities, including coordinating with the translation agency and regional teams and uploading Excel files to the PIM.
- Review and follow up on online analysis to improve product texts, particularly global website consistency and daily online updates.
- Proofread product descriptions thoroughly.
- Help develop translation and automation guidelines for the translation agency to build a robust translation memory.
- Coordinate translation and uploading of descriptive text for Balenciaga.com product pages, and collaborate with regional E-Commerce teams on proofreading and description checks.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a master’s degree programme and seeking a six-month internship.
- A student or graduate in fashion business, styling, literature, or English is a suitable profile.
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Comfortable using Excel.
- Strong sensitivity to luxury products, creative direction, and brand storytelling.
- Experience in the product, luxury, or editorial world is a plus.
- Confident with words and writing.
- Organized, rigorous, curious, flexible, and proactive.
