Balenciaga seeks an E-Business Performance Analyst Intern in Paris to support ecommerce analytics and reporting for the global digital team, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance against targets and support the creation of weekly and monthly business reviews
- Collect, analyze, and report eCommerce key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management and executive stakeholders
- Contribute to the optimization of analysis tools and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Support the development and implementation of new dashboards and data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to track customer journeys and sales trends
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders across buying, e-merchandising, platform operations, media, CRM, and regional teams on topics such as new product launches and performance deep-dives
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on e-retail performance metrics and trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme in business, data analytics, marketing, or digital disciplines (business school, engineering school, or university)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, graphing, and complex formulas
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of business intelligence and web analytics tools is advantageous (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, ContentSquare)
- Prior experience in a business intelligence or analyst role is preferred
