Balenciaga — Paris: E‑Business Performance Analyst Intern to support global e‑commerce analytics, reporting and dashboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales versus targets and support preparation of weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Collect, analyse and report e‑commerce KPIs for senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to optimisation of analysis tools and reporting processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Support development of dashboards and data visualisations (Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Analytics) aligned with business requirements to monitor customer journeys and sales trends.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses for stakeholders (buyers, e‑merchandising, platform & ops, media, CRM, regional teams) including launch and product performance deep dives.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting of e‑retail performance across channels and partner platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in business, data analytics, marketing or digital (business school, engineering school or university).
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Familiarity with BI and web analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, ContentSquare) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with attention to detail and results orientation.
- Team player able to work under short deadlines; adaptable, proactive and curious problem‑solver.
