Balenciaga Associate Store Manager position in Seoul, leading retail operations and driving sales through business development and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing floor coverage, sales optimization, visual merchandising, displays, and customer service to drive revenue growth
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly results analysis with continuous evaluation and optimization of performance metrics
- Support corporate reporting activities and disseminate key business information to the store team
- Monitor local competitive landscape and business environment, providing market insights to leadership
- Execute and follow up on action plans established by headquarters and store leadership with precision
- Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve targets
- Foster a positive work environment and serve as a brand ambassador embodying Balenciaga values and aesthetics
- Prepare and lead team activities including morning briefings and one-on-one meetings to drive motivation and accountability
- Manage employee issues in collaboration with the Store Manager and team leads, supporting professional development
- Oversee clienteling activities in alignment with headquarters guidelines, ensuring consistent brand experience delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (CEE, NPS scores) and execute action plans based on findings
- Develop client loyalty programs across segments, from new clients to VICs and VVICs, through relationship building and personalized engagement
- Execute retail excellence guidelines across front-of-house, back-of-house, and team operations
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock management, reporting discrepancies immediately
- Review and continuously improve existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Understanding of Balenciaga product aesthetics and ability to embody the brand's image and values
- Knowledge of luxury market trends and fashion industry developments
- Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships and strengthen existing customer connections
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills

Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail management or equivalent customer-facing leadership role with demonstrated success in driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in a flagship store environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or higher; additional training or certification in retail management, hospitality, or luxury brand management is advantageous.
