Balenciaga seeks Department Manager in Taipei City to oversee retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations within the assigned department or floor to guarantee a distinctive customer experience
- Collaborate with store manager and assistant store manager to ensure smooth operational execution
- Implement loss prevention protocols and ensure full compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Manage human resources matters within the department, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Direct visual merchandising presentation and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and seasonal installations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships between clients and sales team members to enhance brand loyalty
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandising effectiveness to optimize sales performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail department or floor management within luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and foster a customer-centric culture
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention procedures and compliance protocols
- Proficiency in visual merchandising principles and brand presentation standards
- Experience with inventory management and sales analytics
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations or store management, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a multi-brand or flagship retail setting is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
