Role & Responsibilities
- Implement action plans in collaboration with the Store Manager or Store Director and ensure their effective execution.
- Serve as a communication conduit between the Store Manager/Director and the store team, providing high-quality feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Identify and nurture the strengths of each team member, supporting their professional growth through training and coaching.
- Ensure the consistent execution of Balenciaga's signature client experience.
- Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, including sustainability, HR, and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Proven successful experience in sales and managing sales teams.
- Inclusive leadership style with excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptability, persuasiveness, and a dynamic approach.
- High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
