- Ensure a seamless and exemplary Balenciaga customer experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse clientele, from new customers to Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Foster a positive and stimulating work environment.
- Motivate and challenge managers and team members to achieve excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR management processes.
- Optimize weekly and monthly team schedules.
- Propose improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong product sensitivity with in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion market trends.
- Significant managerial experience in luxury retail, overseeing a team of at least five members.
- Expertise in clienteling with a robust client portfolio.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital tools.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in an additional language preferred.
