- Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.

- Proven successful experience in sales and managing sales teams.

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
