Balenciaga Data & Analytics Intern (January 2027) in Paris. Support CRM optimization, reporting automation, and BI initiatives. SQL, Python, Power BI required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support production of recurring and ad-hoc reports, including monthly client reports and product-specific analyses (e.g., purchase behavior)
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients
- Contribute to machine learning initiatives related to client scoring, clustering, and data science projects
- Assist in enhancing data quality and optimizing data extraction processes leveraging SQL and Python
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve BI tools, contributing to greater automation and efficiency in reporting workflows
- Participate in the design and implementation of robust data integration workflows to onboard new data sources
- Serve as key point of contact between headquarters and regional teams regarding the client database
- Support coordination and delivery of global client data and technical initiatives
- Handle and follow-up of reported issues, perform troubleshooting, and identify bugs and data issues across platforms
- Contribute to project planning, progress tracking, and documentation to ensure smooth implementation and adoption across regions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields
- Advanced SQL proficiency including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Python programming skills for data manipulation, automation, and scripting
- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architecture
- Experience with BI tool development (Power BI or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Interest in AI and advanced analytics preferred

Practical experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering projects; familiarity with CRM systems and client database management is advantageous.
