Balenciaga seeks a CRM Intern in New York City — paid internship ($17/hr) supporting CRM reporting, client analysis and retail activations for the Retail Excellence team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track, validate and analyze key client KPIs to inform retail and client engagement strategies.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly CRM reports for internal stakeholders.
- Validate and monitor direct marketing and newsletter communications directed to AMER clients.
- Analyze client purchase trends to support targeted outreach and personalization initiatives.
- Execute data quality management activities to maintain CRM integrity.
- Support cross-departmental reporting and projects in collaboration with Retail, Merchandising and Global Client Engagement teams.
- Contribute to seasonal projects and assist with in-store activations when required.
- Coordinate logistics for client gifting projects and other client-facing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in an accredited university program and eligible to receive academic credit.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with an ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and task-driven work ethic.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- SQL knowledge highly preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite at the New York corporate office.
Skills
Experience
Internship-level role; current students in marketing, business, data analytics or related fields are encouraged to apply. Prior internships or coursework in retail, CRM or marketing analytics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program and able to receive academic credit for the internship.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 17 per hour.
