Balenciaga EMEA Client Engagement Data Analyst Intern (6 months, Oct 2026) in Paris. CRM reporting, KPI analysis, and client insights.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, competitive challenges, and growth opportunities within the EMEA region
- Produce and review monthly KPI analyses and interactive dashboards to track client engagement performance
- Oversee database integrity through data deduplication, profile consolidation, and maintenance of a unified client view
- Leverage data analysis tools to examine client purchasing behavior patterns and segment trends
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives and analytical deliverables
- Support market research and ad-hoc analytical projects including competitor benchmarking and demand forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related quantitative discipline
- Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Python
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Strong analytical acumen with ability to transform complex data queries into comprehensive, actionable reports
Skills
Experience
At least one previous experience in data analysis or related analytical role. Experience with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, or client database management is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field.
