Balenciaga Corporate Financial Controller Intern position in Paris—support cost management and financial reporting for a luxury fashion house within the Kering group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly financial closures in collaboration with the Accounting department
- Monitor and analyze office costs including rent, utilities, and general services
- Execute budget tracking and control for G&A departments
- Provision and reconcile intercompany positions with Kering group entities
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, identifying risks and opportunities
- Contribute to budget and forecast development in coordination with operational heads
- Produce and distribute monthly financial reports and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in interpreting financial data
- Proficiency in Excel and other office productivity tools; experience with SAP, HFM, or Power BI is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative orientation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Familiarity with corporate environments and genuine interest in the luxury sector

Experience
First internship or work-study experience in Audit, Management Control, or Corporate Finance preferred; exposure to corporate finance functions valued.
Education
Master's 1 or Master's 2 in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or Business Administration (in progress or recently completed).
