Balenciaga seeks a Content Project Coordinator in Paris to oversee digital campaign production from conception to delivery, managing vendors, budgets, and schedules.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate full production lifecycle of photo shoots for digital communication and social media, from conceptual briefs through asset delivery, including brainstorming, creative development, talent and staff booking, styling, scheduling, budgeting, legal compliance, and post-production oversight
- Provide operational support throughout shoots, managing budget planning, external vendors, troubleshooting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Develop project reverse schedules in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely and successful execution
- Establish agreements with external partners in coordination with the legal team
- Centralize and distribute project-related information and resources across internal departments
- Oversee day-to-day management of staff, talent, and freelancers
- Contribute to schedule development, budget monitoring, and administrative operations including meeting documentation, summary reports, invoices, contracts, and budget tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion, creative production, or production coordination
- Proven experience managing full-cycle shoots and campaigns including pre-production planning, shoot execution, post-production workflows, and logistics coordination
- Proficiency with Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF
- Strong understanding of production workflows and key fashion industry stakeholders including stylists, photographers, agencies, and casting directors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across creative teams, vendors, and talent
- Strong attention to detail with capacity to anticipate needs and basic competency in budget management and cost tracking
