Balenciaga seeks Content & Copywriting Coordinator in Paris. Write product copy and manage translations for Balenciaga.com, ensuring brand voice consistency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Write and maintain accurate product descriptions and editorial content for Balenciaga.com across all product categories, including RFID-tagged items and ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate regular meetings with Development and Studio teams to gather comprehensive product information and maintain editorial alignment
- Create and update translation guidelines and automation protocols with translation agencies to ensure brand standards and tone of voice consistency
- Manage translation workflows: launch texts into translation, monitor multilingual file progression, and coordinate with translation agencies to improve content quality and consistency
- Review and quality-check all translated files upon receipt across available Balenciaga.com languages
- Prepare Excel/CSV files with proper formatting, tags, and bullet points for import into the PIM system
- Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate with e-commerce and media teams on SEO optimization and search visibility
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (required)
- Fluent French proficiency (required)
- Additional language skills highly valued
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational rigor
- Sensitivity to and knowledge of fashion product aesthetics
- Experience with product content management and multilingual workflows
Skills
Experience
Experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles within luxury fashion or fashion e-commerce is strongly preferred. Prior experience managing translation workflows and coordinating with multilingual teams is valued.
Education
Secondary education minimum; university degree in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
