Role & Responsibilities

• Control and analyze subsidiary financial reporting including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, with identification and rationalization of key variances and KPI analysis (DOI, DPO, DSO)
• Consolidate subsidiary data and produce consolidated financial statements and forecasts, ensuring timely monthly close delivery and accounting treatment of group consolidation adjustments
• Perform cross-subsidiary analyses for executive leadership including intercompany reconciliations, regional financial statement reviews, operational provisions monitoring, and divisional cash flow analysis
• Review and analyze human resources data in collaboration with the HR Controlling department, including personnel costs, bonuses, and equity movement schedules
• Conduct periodic reviews of transfer pricing adjustments, IFRS 16 impacts, and tax proof processes in coordination with group functions
• Participate in planning processes including forecasts and budget development with operational subsidiaries
• Produce supplementary financial annexes, ad-hoc analyses, and benchmarking reports for group distribution
• Provide technical and operational support to subsidiaries on accounting methodology and consolidation best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of consolidation and/or controlling experience within a multinational group or audit firm
• Bachelor's degree +5 years (Bac+5) from a business school or university with specialization in accounting, management control, or audit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated proactivity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support international subsidiary teams
• Prior experience in the luxury goods sector is preferred

Minimum 4 to 5 years of consolidation and/or controlling experience within a multinational corporate group or professional audit firm, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, subsidiary management, and variance analysis.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 5 years (Bac+5 or equivalent) from an accredited business school or university with specialization in accounting, management control, audit, or related financial discipline.
