Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence on suppliers and third parties.
  • Monitor direct procurement suppliers, including contractual status and supply chain analysis.
  • Support contract preparation and negotiation in alignment with Balenciaga Operations and Kering Legal.
  • Assist with activities related to the OdV as per the 231/01 decree.
  • Support destocking activities and manage conflict of interest campaigns.
  • Facilitate Whistleblowing Committee activities and ensure follow-up.
  • Implement processes and procedures, involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are applied across departments.
  • Perform checks on company procedures and implement corrective actions.
  • Support and manage internal audit activities.
  • Engage in EP&L and Green Reporting Activities.
  • Prepare periodic internal reporting and presentations.
  • Evaluate and support new financial projects and opportunities.
  • Follow new incentive programs and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal control, or audit roles.
  • Experience in structured organizations or Group environments.
  • Involvement in activities related to Legislative Decree 231/01.
  • Participation in public incentive projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.

Skills

Fluent in English; French is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Stealth, AS400, SAP, and HFM. Strong ownership, accountability, and proactivity. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Team-oriented and cross-functional collaboration. Autonomy and planning skills. High integrity and ethical judgment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in compliance, internal control, or audit roles, preferably within structured organizations or Group environments.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.
