Balenciaga Client Engagement Intern in Hong Kong — support CRM, clienteling and in‑store client programs while reporting to the Assistant Client Engagement Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Roll out and operationalize Balenciaga's client strategy in market, ensuring in‑store implementation of clienteling tools and programs.
- Deliver training, follow‑up and monitoring of store initiatives to guarantee adherence to brand standards.
- Provide regular client analysis and bespoke reports to store teams to inform and adapt local client action plans.
- Coordinate listings, orders and reporting and ensure flawless execution in line with Balenciaga standards.
- Run targeted reports and client analyses to identify opportunities and set up actions that support business objectives.
- Track all client activities in the campaign management tool to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Validate global newsletters and submit local marketing requests to HQ (e.g., store openings, anniversaries).
- Perform continuous data quality tasks (deduplication and merging), escalating issues and collaborating with HQ/MIS and Kering Group.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in client development, CRM, events or a related function within luxury retail or fashion.
- Proven ability to conceive, drive and deliver projects end‑to‑end.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point; strong overall computer literacy.
- Excellent planning, organisation and follow‑up skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of relevant experience in client development, CRM, events or a similar role within luxury retail or fashion, preferably with exposure to in‑store clienteling and campaign execution.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, retail or a related discipline preferred; current students or recent graduates with relevant experience will also be considered.
