Balenciaga is hiring a Client Ambassador in Seoul to deliver signature client service, drive sales and develop high‑value client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Balenciaga’s signature client service to internal and external customers and represent the brand’s image at all times.
- Maximise store revenue through proactive selling, client development and effective conversion of walk-ins and appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationship retention.
- Monitor market and fashion trends to inform client conversations and sales approach.
- Support colleagues and management to achieve team targets and maintain store procedures and visual standards.
- Actively prospect and develop new clients while deepening relationships with existing customers to build a loyal client base.
- Reinforce brand culture within the store and across customer touchpoints to elevate the in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Clear understanding of Balenciaga’s aesthetic and the ability to act in a manner consistent with the brand’s image and values.
- Strong interest in the luxury market and contemporary fashion trends with the commercial acumen to convert interest into sales.

Skills
Experience
Proven experience in a client-facing retail or luxury sales environment is preferred, with demonstrable ability in client development, relationship management and delivering high-touch service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or luxury brand management is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Seoul, Seoul, South Korea.
