Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Balenciaga signature experience to internal and external clients, representing the brand’s image and standards at all times.
- Maximise store sales through proactive client development, relationship management and personalised clientelling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after‑sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market and fashion trends regularly to inform selling approach and client conversations.
- Support colleagues and collaborate to achieve team targets, enhancing overall store performance and teamwork.
- Assist the management team in implementing and complying with store procedures and operational standards.
- Promote and strengthen brand culture both inside and outside the organisation.

Skills
Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or another client-facing role is strongly preferred; prior clientelling and track record of meeting sales objectives are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business, marketing or a related field is a plus.
