Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Understand current products, trends, and collections to keep customers informed.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring resolution aligns with customer and company satisfaction.

  • Ensure understanding and adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
  • Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
  • Open and close the store as per business needs, in accordance with company security protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary within the defined scope of the Sales Consultant role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a customer service role with direct customer interaction.

Skills

Adaptability to frequent change and high-pressure environments. Initiative in contact and communication. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on common goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in customer service roles, particularly those involving direct customer interaction.
