Balenciaga Client Ambassador in Madrid, Spain – join the luxury boutique at El Corte Inglés reporting to the Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, acting as a sophisticated host for clients
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge while delivering excellence in customer service
- Manage stock replenishment and maintain rigorous standards of merchandise presentation aligned with visual merchandising guidelines
- Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to the satisfaction of both clients and the company
- Stay current with customer requirements and evolving operating procedures
- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in strict accordance with Balenciaga brand standards
- Adhere to all security, health, and safety regulations within the retail environment
- Perform store opening and closing procedures according to business requirements and company security protocols
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation across all areas
- Support store process compliance and systematic follow-up initiatives
- Execute additional duties as assigned within defined levels of responsibility
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar client-facing retail role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment
- Strong initiative in customer contact and proactive communication
- Demonstrated commitment to collaborative teamwork with shared objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Fluent Spanish and English language proficiency; a third language is highly advantageous
- Mature, professional presentation and strong adherence to brand image standards
