Balenciaga Client Ambassador role at Harrods, London. Drive sales and represent the House brand through exceptional client service and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by acting as a host to clients and building strong, lasting relationships
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the Balenciaga collection
- Replenish stock, maintain merchandise quality standards, and ensure meticulous product presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards
- Support store processes compliance and follow-up procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational luxury brand environment
- Strong fashion sensitivity with current knowledge of fashion trends
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and demonstrated team spirit

Experience
Prior experience in a multinational luxury brand environment is preferred. Related retail or client-facing experience in fashion is advantageous.
