Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
  • Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Understand and implement company procedures and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion companies.
  • Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.

Skills

Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and digital tools.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
