Balenciaga is hiring a Client Ambassador in Beijing (China World Store) to drive omnichannel sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve defined sales targets, KPIs and both quantitative and qualitative business objectives.
  • Deliver an exemplary omnichannel client journey across in‑store and remote touchpoints, ensuring seamless service from welcome to after‑sales.
  • Represent the Balenciaga universe through storytelling, product knowledge and tailored style advice to inspire and retain clients.
  • Create, maintain and update client portfolios and follow up via the Luce app to develop long‑term relationships and loyalty.
  • Process client transactions (in‑store and distant sales) using M-xstore and execute omnichannel services such as order fulfilment and client deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with stock and BOH teams to ensure product availability, manage inventory and prepare shipments to clients.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product presentation guidelines to preserve brand image.
  • Report client feedback and complaints to store management and provide high‑quality market and client insights.
  • Support Retail Excellence processes across front and back of house and contribute to store sustainability objectives.
  • Provide after‑sales administration and follow HQ guidelines for client journey and loyalty program where required.

Qualifications

  • If internally promoted: successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training and a minimum of 1 year as a Sales Associate.
  • If externally hired: minimum of 2 years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
  • Proven aptitude for clienteling, storytelling and delivering consistent luxury service standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration orientation and a service‑driven mindset.

Experience

Internal candidates should have completed Balenciaga's onboarding and possess at least one year as a Sales Associate. External candidates must demonstrate a minimum of two years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience with proven client relationship management.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
