Balenciaga is hiring a Sales & Client Advisor in Seoul — frontline luxury sales role focused on client development and exceptional service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Balenciaga’s signature client experience to both new and established customers, representing the brand’s image and values in all interactions.
- Maximise store sales through proactive clienteling, personalised recommendations and disciplined follow-up to drive conversion and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after‑sales care, managing enquiries, returns and relationship maintenance with professionalism.
- Support the management team in adhering to store procedures, visual standards and operational protocols.
- Monitor market and fashion trends regularly to inform client conversations and merchandising feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets, strengthen teamwork and sustain a positive in‑store culture.

- Demonstrable sensitivity to Balenciaga product and brand positioning; ability to act consistently with the house’s image and values.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories, with a track record of client development and achieving sales targets; exposure to boutique or high‑end store operations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business or a related discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
