Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximise store sales through proactive clienteling: identify, develop and convert new clients while nurturing existing relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and after‑sales care, resolving client enquiries and ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
  • Support the management team by complying with and executing store procedures, loss-prevention and operational processes.
