Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales by proactively developing, maintaining and converting a robust client portfolio.
- Deliver Balenciaga’s service standards at every touchpoint, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction from welcome to after-sales follow-up.
- Build authentic, long-term client relationships through tailored engagement and expert product guidance.
- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil client requests promptly.
- Provide regular feedback to management on client activity, market dynamics and trend signals.
- Maintain merchandising, displays and general cleanliness in accordance with visual guidelines.
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork, supporting colleagues and leadership when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or a role with transferable skills within luxury or premium fashion.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong product sensitivity with solid knowledge of fashion market and trend developments.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluency in English.
- Confident digital and administrative competence to manage client records and internal systems.

Experience
Proven retail experience in a similar sales role—preferably within luxury fashion—or demonstrable transferable skills in client management and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or degree in fashion, retail or related discipline is advantageous.
