Balenciaga seeks a Sales Associate (FTC) in Bicester — client-focused retail role driving sales, clienteling and visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales by proactively building, maintaining and updating a robust client portfolio.
- Deliver Balenciaga’s signature service standards at every client touchpoint, from welcome to after‑sales.
- Build authentic, long‑term client relationships through expert clienteling and personalised follow‑up.
- Collaborate closely with stock teams to ensure product availability and promptly fulfil client requests.
- Provide timely market and client feedback to store management to inform merchandising and commercial actions.
- Uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards across the selling floor and client areas.
- Demonstrate professional conduct and team-oriented behaviours in all communications and activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail sales role or equivalent client-facing position, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Strong product sensitivity and up-to-date knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
- Strong administrative aptitude and confident digital skills for CRM and sales reporting.
Skills
Experience
Proven retail or client-facing experience in a similar role, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets, client portfolio management, and familiarity with luxury brand standards.
Education
GCSEs or equivalent; vocational training or a diploma in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Bicester, England, UK, with easy access to Oxford.
