Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy CEO in monitoring strategic priorities and facilitating alignment across key initiatives
• Prepare materials and analyses for group management interactions, including presentations, synthesis notes, and ad hoc analyses
• Collect, structure, and ensure quality and consistency of information from across the Maison's functional teams
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, including a major product-centered initiative planned for Q4 2026 celebrating an iconic house product and milestone
• Manage project coordination across multiple stakeholders—from preparation through execution—including milestone tracking, deliverables, and budget oversight
• Prepare governance and decision-making sessions while facilitating information flow between the Deputy CEO, internal teams, and the group
• Structure action plans and monitoring tools to support operational execution
• Ensure regular follow-up on deadlines and commitments across all initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic project management, executive office environments, or equivalent roles in luxury, retail, or corporate sectors
• Demonstrated ability to navigate both strategic and operational challenges with fluency in translating vision to execution
• Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities, with proven ability to structure complex subjects with clarity
• Recognized organizational discipline and rigor with capacity to manage multiple parallel initiatives under tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior leaders in international environments
• Discretion, reliability, and strong confidentiality orientation with ease operating in high-exposure contexts
