Balenciaga (Paris) seeks a Celebrity Dressing Coordinator on contract to manage red-carpet dressing, fittings and VIP/influencer relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of VIP activity including red-carpet dressing, awards-season appearances and high-profile public events.
- Consolidate international event agendas and propose talent profiles aligned with the brand image.
- Plan and coordinate fittings and sample requests for celebrity opportunities across red carpets, music videos, film and public appearances.
- Manage and maintain the VIP dressing catalogue and ensure samples are delivered and returned in perfect condition.
- Administer custom dressing requests and special projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Amplify and monitor social media content following celebrity dressings; liaise with regional teams to leverage VIP content and fan accounts.
- Purchase and manage social media rights for celebrity images when required.
- Produce weekly, detailed celebrity dressing reports for the VIP team and HQ.
- Provide operational support to HQ for international events and on-the-ground activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in celebrity dressing, talent/PR coordination or related fashion PR roles.
- Proven interest in and understanding of talent, VIP, celebrity and influencer ecosystems.
- Established or developing network of stylists and assistant stylists.
- Autonomous, proactive with strong curiosity and capacity to learn quickly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; professional interpersonal presence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects to tight deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy including advanced use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Suite considered a plus.

Experience
At least one year in celebrity dressing, talent coordination or PR operations with demonstrable exposure to red carpet or awards dressing, stylist liaison and the coordination of international events and fittings.
Education
Bachelor's degree in fashion, communications, marketing or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in celebrity/talent coordination accepted.
