Balenciaga Associate Store Manager position in Shenzhen Bay MixC. Lead sales, operations, and client experience for luxury retail flagship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales performance, visual merchandising, and client service operations
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics; establish continuous assessment protocols and report findings to headquarters
  • Lead Department Managers in achieving quantitative and qualitative targets; implement action plans and monitor KPI attainment across the team
  • Embody and reinforce brand behaviors internally; motivate staff and facilitate team activities including morning briefs and one-to-one coaching sessions
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent; manage Department Managers and provide timely feedback on sales team performance and development plans
  • Oversee clienteling strategy aligned with headquarters guidelines; ensure consistent delivery of Balenciaga Signature client experience standards
  • Supervise sales interactions to maintain client satisfaction, engagement, and qualitative standards; monitor Customer Experience and NPS scores
  • Develop client loyalty and retention programs spanning beginners to VICs (Very Important Clients); ensure high-quality client data collection and one-to-one relationship building
  • Manage client complaints and delicate situations with professionalism; measure in-store actions across all communication channels (phone, mail, etc.)
  • Build a network of local and international luxury business influencers to promote VIC and VVIC client loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, sustainability, and HR guidelines across all store operations
  • Support the Store Director in inventory management, warehouse stock oversight, and discrepancy reporting
  • Manage planning and resource allocation to optimize team workload and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in a professional capacity
  • Significant experience in luxury goods sales or high-end retail management
  • Proven track record in team leadership, goal-setting, task delegation, and results monitoring
  • Strong understanding of clienteling, customer relationship management, and premium brand standards
  • Demonstrated excellence in visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
