Balenciaga Associate Store Manager in Seoul – lead retail operations, drive client engagement, and manage high-performing teams in luxury fashion retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in floor coverage management, revenue optimization, visual merchandising, and daily operations to maximize store potential
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics and implement continuous improvement actions
  • Oversee brand engagement activities and clienteling programs in accordance with headquarters guidelines, focusing on customer acquisition, development, and retention across all tiers including VIC and VVIC
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes team engagement and brand culture adherence, leading morning briefings and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive client databases and relationship strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics including CEE and NPS scores, and execute targeted actions to drive improvements
  • Manage inventory operations and warehouse stock oversight in collaboration with the Operations Manager, ensuring alignment with sales potential
  • Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga signature experiences and superior customer service standards in accordance with quality benchmarks
  • Support the Store Manager in planning and executing team activities, providing timely and constructive feedback to drive operational sales team development
  • Implement retail excellence guidelines across front-of-house, back-of-house, and store team functions
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market monitoring to inform local business strategy
  • Coordinate corporate reporting and share relevant information with store team members
  • Address customer complaints and issues systematically, ensuring full resolution protocols are followed
  • Build and nurture relationships with luxury industry influencers and stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and VIC loyalty
