Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team and achieving sales and KPI targets
  • Manage floor coverage, sales optimization, visual merchandising, and customer service operations
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and continuously evaluate performance metrics
  • Assist with headquarters reporting and communicate relevant information to the store team
  • Monitor local competitive environment and business trends
  • Provide quality feedback to the Store Manager and report on assigned matters
  • Support and guide the Store Manager in achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives
  • Execute and follow up on action plans established by headquarters and the Store Manager
  • Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve targets
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain brand behaviour standards
  • Prepare team and individual activities including morning briefings and one-on-one meetings
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage employee issues and provide operational support
  • Oversee inventory activities and warehouse stock in coordination with the Operations Manager
  • Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, maintaining and reinforcing brand culture internally and externally
  • Oversee clienteling activities in accordance with headquarters guidelines
  • Ensure consistent execution of the Balenciaga signature experience and customer experience standards
  • Monitor and act on CEE and NPS scores
  • Develop clienteling mindset and strengthen customer loyalty from new customers to VICs
  • Manage customer complaints and execute complete sales procedures in response
  • Build networks with influential figures in domestic and international luxury sectors to enhance customer loyalty
  • Ensure store appearance meets Balenciaga standards and provide team with necessary resources
  • Implement Retail Excellence guidelines across front-of-house, back-of-house, and store team
  • Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Balenciaga product sensibility and ability to uphold brand image and values
  • Knowledge of the luxury market and fashion trends with demonstrated ability to develop new customers and strengthen existing relationships
